Lone Star's State-of-the-art Swiss spark erosion allows suface finishing up to 0.2μm whilst benefiting from having a large, maximum, capacity of 1300 x 1000 x 500mm.

EDM drilling of small holes 0.5 to 6mm diameter. Hole drilling is a production process for the forming of holes in hardened and exotic materials (e.g Inconel, Duplex and Carbide)

The machine, manufactured by Water Jet Sweden, has a 3m x 1.5m cutting table and two cutting heads. The cutting heads can cut using pure water or alternatively an abrasive element can be added to increase cutting power.
